ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM

WITHOUT DECOMMISSIONING

Laying of the sheets DRY120 POOL on pre-existing substrates, it allows the waterproofing of trafficable, non-trafficable, landscaped and sloping roofs, without the need for clearing. This advantage saves time and labour costs, and also saves on cleaning.

INSTALLATION WITH ADHESIVE CEMENT

Installation is so simple that no previous experience is required. The sheets DRY120 POOL are bonded directly to the substrate with adhesive cement. A special adhesive is only required on very specific substrates such as metal. They do not require a layer of mortar or a geotextile.

NO WAITING TIMES

Our system saves time, as once the sheet has been laid, there is no need to wait for the cement glue to set, and paving or landscaping can be done after it has been laid.

AVOID PROBLEMS

It decouples walls, both horizontal and vertical, preventing the appearance of fissures or cracks caused by their expansion and contraction. It also prevents the appearance of mould, bacteria and weeds.

MINIMUM THICKNESS

The sheets have a minimum thickness; and taking into account that they do not need a compression layer, the increase in height, especially in renovations, is minimal.

FLEXIBLE AND ELASTIC SHEETS

Its flexibility and elasticity allow a perfect finish in angles and corners.

Thanks to the system complements and the evacuation products designed, we guarantee total watertightness at the most critical points, where waterproofing reinforcement is needed or where evacuation requires a perfect seal.

Unlike liquid waterproofing membranes, our membranes are not affected by precipitation during the installation process, thus ensuring a perfect execution of the work and avoiding additional costs in both time and labour.
