Made of carbon steel up to 5 mm. Metal plate. Butane/propane gas burner with 2 rings ø 35 cm. Levelling system. Steel griddle with 3 positions and removable.

Includes support legs with castors, iron stand, for use as a side tray.

Mod PL-45: External dimensions of the paella pan: 65 x 50 x 23 cm (width x depth x height). External dimensions with support: 65 x 50 x 90 ÷ 95 cm (width x depth x height). Maximum paella pan capacity ø 55 cm.

Mod PL-60: External dimensions of the paella pan: 65 x 65 x 23 cm (width x depth x height). External dimensions with support: 65 x 65 x 90 ÷ 95 cm (width x depth x height). Maximum paella pan capacity ø 65 cm.
